Reservation & Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a $45 deposit is required at the time of booking, much like a hotel hold, this amount is fully released upon your arrival.

The deposit will be forfeited in the following circumstances:

• You do not attend your scheduled appointment
• You cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time

We value your time as much as our own, and this policy ensures that every consultation is given the care and preparation it deserves.
