We ship to U.S. addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time.
CONTINENTAL U.S. SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $300 within the contiguous United States.
Orders below $300 ship for a flat rate of $19.95.
There are no minimum purchase requirements for free shipping beyond the $300 threshold. Please note that while we currently offer free standard shipping, shipping costs and options are subject to change due to carrier rate adjustments or other external factors.
Some items may have an expedited shipping option, please reach out to contact@kenarahome.com for a quote if interested.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories: please contact our Support team for a quote. These destinations are not currently included in our standard shipping policies.
ORDER HANDLING & CUT-OFF TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
ORDER TRANSIT TIME
Orders are shipped directly from the manufacturers and have an estimated delivery of 5-20 business days after shipping. To inquire about expedited shipping, please send a note to contact@kenarahome.com.
Please note: These timelines are estimates. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible.
BACK-ORDERED OR OUT-OF-STOCK
If an item is sold out or back ordered, we will notify you within 48 hours and customer can choose to receive the item when the item is available, or receive a full refund.
LOST SHIPMENTS
In the rare event that an item is never received, please contact us at contact@kenarahome.com. We will investigate the issue and may send a replacement or issue a refund based on the situation's specifics and our findings.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
KENARA Home ships to U.S. addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
DAMAGES & RETURNS
Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. Even if you do not intend to install or assemble your items immediately, they should still be opened and inspected for damage within 48 hours of receipt. If an item arrives damaged, contact our Support team within 48 hours so we may quickly process your replacement and pick-up the damaged / defective item. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
KENARA Home is an online-only store. We do not operate a retail storefront, local warehouse, or central fulfillment center.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the product manufacturer or supplier from their facility in Europe or another international location. The shipping origin varies by product, so items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Tracking information is provided as soon as it is available.
